where can I watch The Vampire Diaries?

Q. I live in Singapore, so some American websites aren't available.
Youtube only has up to Episode 3, and I've finished that. Now all the Vampire Diaries episodes has been suspended due to copyright infringement, so I need another website that runs episodes fast and is available for Singaporeans to watch online.

Yes, I know there are only 3 episodes now, and the 4th's only releasing on 1st of October, but I wanna know what website to watch it on when it comes out, 'cuz I don't subscribe to CW.
