I ran into some financial issues and am interested in selling some of my old jewelry. I don't have time to put it on ebay, craigslist or send of to an online jewelry exchange place. I know there are a couple pawn shops in my area (which is last resort) and a couple jewelry places that will buy gold and silver. I want to know how much am I likely to get for it so I don't get cheated

Is it possible to have a good amount of fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers?

I would like to keep doing my long distance running for my fitness and health but I would also like to have a good number of fast twitch so that I may play the sports that require them. Basketball, football, sprinting etc.
I want to get to a point where I can easily run 10K and still have good muscle fibers for the jumping, sprinting, back and forth of team sports and track.

Add jump-squats to your exercise. Do the jump-squat every other day 2 days or 3 days a week.
