running watches that play music image
Stephanie
I have an older Windows XP version Dell computer, It is a good running computer, but when I try to play music online, say on Spotify, it skips out a lot while playing the songs. Are there any good programs I can download that will really clean up my computer for free without breaking anything? I run Broadband internet through it, and sometimes (not often) it all runs smoothly, but it's so aggravating when it doesn't. Can anyone help me or give me some suggestions? Thank you!

this is a video that will help, if it doesn't then upgrade your computer HARDWARE, or get a free anti-virus program like 'AVAST' it really helps clean out viruses, which could also make your computer slow (You are connected to the internet the whole time so you might get a virus on an update or download). Uninstall useless software, something you downloaded which never worked...It could also be the culprit.

What OS would make the best media center server?

Have an older computer currently running Windows XP. Use it to play music on a stereo, and watch movies on a flat-screen tv. Also used as my home network server. Just wondering it there would be a better operating system I could use, either a better Windows (XP, home server, Vista) version, or a Linux version (Except Ubuntu, of course.)
Ideas?
