How many revolutions per day should I set the winder for a Rolex Lady's Datejust?

I just bought a watch winder and want to make sure it just keeps the watch as when my wife takes it off her hand. There are tons of settings starting at 650 RPD and all the way to continuous operation.

The standard Rolex movement is a 3135. It is supposed to run for up to 44 hours if fully wound. The ladies movement will run somewhat less. I used to set my winder to turn about 12 revolutions once every 30 min or so. It kept my watches running.

Excessive winding means excess wear in the barrel.
Not enough winding will result in the lubricant failure.

Tax reduction for feeding kids at your house?

I have 2 children who get watched by this lady who comes to my house to watch them. She also has 2 other kids she watches and brings them with her. I supply the food for all the kids, I heard I could get a tax reduction for feeding other kids. Is this true? What do I have to do? Thanks.

I've personally never heard of a tax reduction just for feeding children in your house. Now if you run an actual day care center from your home and provide food for the children then that would be a business related expense that can be tax deductible.

I can thing of places you could try to report the expense to receive a reduction but they expenses really don't fit.
