So I watched Blade Runner and I did not understand. Does anyone feel like explaining basically everything to me?

What are the rules for runners in baseball?

Sometimes when watching baseball, the runner on base already has to run back to their original base. What are the rules about this?
Answer
If a fly ball is caught, then runner has to retouch his original base. If he does not, he can be put out, on appeal, by tagging the runner or tagging the original base.
