best watch for running marathon image

I am writing a paper about marathons and I need some ideas from people who truly have run marathons and their input on the races. If anyone has done this please do not be afraid to write something down!
I was wondering what kinds of thoughts, feelings and emotions are going through someones head when they are about to start a race. Also what kind of physical feelings do you have? Are you nervous and feel weak? When does your heartbeat start to slowdown and the race becomes just an easy stride?

Most runners are nervous at the start because you have to wait till the gun to go off plus all that training for the big event plus you have to taper or lessen your miles in order to peak so your ready to run! You know most runners just run and don't think much while running. You won't be able to recall all 26.2 miles. Generally mile 18 gets really tough or a hill. The finish line is memorable. It's such as joy to run the entire way and still be able to sprint at the end.
The race becomes easy after you get the initial energy out generally after 400 meters. Your heartrate goes to aerobic right away if not your be in trouble and will hit the wall before your finish the race. Most marathoners just get into this pace. This is really the magical part with the training and almost automatic. Almost anyone can run a marathon though it takes work and dedication because of the time required. Was tonight the last episode of the biggest loser and if so where can i watch the finale?

We just watched the episode where the contestants ran the marathon and when ron and mike fell below the yellow line. Was that the only episode on NBC tonight or was the finale on also and maybe i just can't watch online. Please help quickly!!!! I am dying to know who wins. Thanks.
