running watch pace and distance image
Runner.
I'm looking at the Garmin forerunner 201, the Garmin forerunner 305, and the Garmin forerunner 50. They all have the things I want but I cant choose! Regardless of price,
Which one do you think is better?
Have you had any experience with any of these?
Any other watch suggestions? (I'm looking for a watch with accurate distance, speed, calories, and possibly pace and heart-rate).
Anything you want to express about running watches is helpful!
Answer
I have the 305 and love it. It has both form and function. It comes with a wireless heart rate monitor.

How do I stay motivated while running long distances?
Blomm
On school, we are going to run 8 kilometers in the gymnastics class. We have already done this a couple of times, and I find it hard to keep motivated, and I get easily tired. My teacher told me that if I want to get better grades, all I need to do is improve my time on this test.
How can I stay motivated while running, and how should I plan my run?
Answer
Find a runner partner that will help pace you. Time goes a lot quicker when you have someone to talk to. Try not to think about your running while you're running. I know that seems difficult, but often I run faster when I am thinking about school or other things in my life. music might help you stay motivated also. Just ask your coach if you are allowed to listen to music. The only true way to get better is practice. You have to run anywhere from 20-50 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. I would suggest bringing a watch on your run to see how you're doing. Remember it's better to start slowly than not at all.
Good luck!
