Is Running 45 Minutes bad ?

Q. Running without stoping, not jog, literally running for 45 straight ?
Cant it be bad for me ?
I mean bad in a way, If my body is not meant to be running as fast for 45m straight ?

I can't believe my little buddy !! Just pace yourself, watch your heart rate, and respirations and things should be fine.
Sezer you get worried over so much. Relax, you're 17, and when you get on the OPP you'll have time then to worry, until then, enjoy your youth!!
