Buying my first Watch?

Ok Im 16 so I dont want anything to "experienced". I want a mixture between a casual looking watch and an outdoors watch. I go hiking, climbing, swimming, running alot so Id prefer the watch to be resistent to water, humidity, freezing temperatures, etc. I want it to be able to handle all the elements. This is my first watch afterall so I want to keep the price at a maximum if $200. If you know of any such watch Id love to hear about it. Thanks.
