best watch for long distance running image
Q. I would like to keep doing my long distance running for my fitness and health but I would also like to have a good number of fast twitch so that I may play the sports that require them. Basketball, football, sprinting etc.
I want to get to a point where I can easily run 10K and still have good muscle fibers for the jumping, sprinting, back and forth of team sports and track.

Add jump-squats to your exercise. Do the jump-squat every other day 2 days or 3 days a week.

Answer
Hi there,
Keep running that helps build stamina and resistance. The more you run, the easy it will get, your lungs will expand and your heart will grow..with that said
1.- Eat right
2.- Get a good pair of shoes
3.- Drink water
4.- Run 3 to 4 miles every other day
5.- Rest on Sundays (and Saturdays if you get too tired)
You will start feeling that you can run longer!
Good Luck
