Is it possible to meet women their if so how? I study there like everyone else but would also like to meet people. There is talking allowed in some areas.

Hey man, take it from me, the library is one of the best if not THE BEST place to meet a hottie. The atmospheres right for it, you know. So this is what you wanna do. Mind you, this works 9/10 times. if and i have to stress this IF YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE in yourself and in the plan.
Plan:
1. Ice breaker
2. Smile (at some point in your introduction)
3. Have a way to contact her
Okay what you wanna do is go up to a girl who's reading a book. Sit near her but not too close... like in the general proximity. You wanna give off the idea that your a regular and there to study. Now, put your notes and books (yes, you need to bring your school work) down on the table/chair and say "excuse me, I have to run to the restroom can you please watch these for me.." And act like your rushing so she will have to say yes (and she will anyway if shes nice). Did you catch it? Thats your icebreaker.. Now, go to the bathroom even if you don't have to, just go. And when you come back thank her and smile (oh and its not weird that your smiling cus your thanking her and your appreciative). Now since you've engaged in a conversation with her, you two are no longer total strangers. Ask her what she's reading/studying, continue the conversation and midway when its starting to get interesting, leave. Yes, LEAVE. You wanna leave with her feeling good not bored. Ask her for her contact info and go.

Well, I personally never want kids so that would also be a turn off if she did want them.

Well if they are easy for you to get into bed with then they are easy for every man to get in bed with. If they smoke pot they may move on to stronger drugs, if they binge drink they may move on to stronger drugs or never get off alchol.
If they fail a lot of classes or skip a lot of class watch out, they don't respect athority.
If they come from a messed up family but don't seem messed up that means they may have a few issues but they are not sheltered and will be O.K so don't judge on family.
Also make sure they don;t do whatever you say you don't want someone like that because if they submit to you easy they will submit to others just as easy, and do you really want kids with a door mat. If someone is yelling at your kid you want it to have a mom that will tell them off. And someone that does everything you tell them and never disagrees will either get A)) boring for you or B) she will get tired of it and run off.
If they want a lot of nice things or don't want any you need to be worried. If they want everything they will expect it and use whoever they have to to get it. if they don't want any they have no ambition to work hard for anything.
