How can I make it so that my Youtube HD videos don't stop every few seconds to load?

I have a very fast internet connection and the videos in normal quality run fine. I really want to have the best 720p experience and I can't find the problem.

I have about a $200 budget, and I want to get a really nice watch. I know of all of the G-Shocks, and my favorite one so far is the GA-150, but it just seems to me that G-Shocks are overpriced plastic watches(I'm not saying I wouldn't get one though).
I also do a lot of running, and want the watch to help out a lot with that. I looked into the Nike+ sportwatch but heard that has a lot of problems with condensation/fogginess on the inside.
What is the most stylish, most diverse watch I could get with my budget? Thanks!
